Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
After shipment, orders generally arrive within 7 to 10 business days.
Estimated total delivery time is approximately 8 to 13 business days, including processing.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs procedures, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
SHIPPING CARRIERS

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be cancelled before they enter processing or fulfillment. Once an order has been processed, shipped, or prepared for shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible.

ZEWDU is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional shipping charges, or returned packages resulting from inaccurate or incomplete address information.
REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS
If a package is refused, rejected, abandoned, or remains unclaimed after delivery attempts, any eligible refund may be reduced by applicable return shipping, handling, and carrier fees incurred by ZEWDU.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your package appears delayed, please contact our support team and we will assist in investigating the shipment with the carrier.
Claims regarding missing deliveries should be reported within 7 days of the carrier's delivery confirmation date.
