30-DAY RETURN WINDOW

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Once a return request has been approved, the item must be shipped back within 30 days from the delivery date.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning as intended, we will send a replacement product before requiring any return.

WRONG SIZE – OUR ERROR

If we shipped the wrong size, we will send the correct size free of charge.

WRONG SIZE – CUSTOMER SELECTION

If an incorrect size was selected during checkout, please contact us before returning any item. Our support team will review your case and provide further instructions.

REFUSED OR UNCOLLECTED DELIVERIES

If a shipment is refused, rejected, abandoned, or remains uncollected after delivery attempts, a USD 15 handling and return shipping fee may be deducted from any eligible refund.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To request a return, contact info@zewdu-store.com with your order number and reason for the request. Once approved, we will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and shipped using a trackable shipping service. The item must successfully arrive at our designated return facility before a refund can be issued.

REFUND PROCESSING

After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 10 to 15 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for securely packaging returned merchandise. ZEWDU is not responsible for items lost, delayed, or damaged during return transit.
